Graphic Design and Artwork Templates
We offer professional graphic design services for CD/DVD artwork design and layout at $50 per hour. If you want to use your own artwork, please use our templates to ensure proper layout and follow the instuctions below.
- Rasterize (Photoshop), or outline (Illustrator) any fonts used in the artwork
- All images should be in CMYK color mode and be at least 300 ppi
- Do not use any fonts smaller than 6 pts, or 8pts for knockout text (light on dark background)

We do short run duplication of 50 discs up to large runs of hundreds of thousands of discs per order depending on the customer's needs. We have quick turn-around times and offer artwork and disc mastering services. Rush orders available with overnight shipping.
We communicate with our customers throughout the process to make sure you get exactly what you want, when you want it. We inspect customer supplied artwork and master discs to make sure there won't be any problems once production has begun.
If you wish to provide your own artwork, please use our artwork templates to insure that your artwork is formatted correctly for either duplication or replication orders.
Turnaround time for most duplication orders is one week. Replication turnaround time is generally 7 to 10 business days plus shipping.

Duplication
Duplication means the discs are duplicated CD-R business cards with printed labels. The data is burned onto the disc using duplication towers. We use non-fade archival inks on high-quality thin photo-quality labels for disc label printing. Our labels don't fade, smudge, or come off. Discs are inserted into clear plastic sleeves.
Standard disc duplication turn-around time is two-weeks plus shipping.
Replication
Replication is the process of transferring Pre-Mastered data format to a glass master. The glass master is then made into a Stamper, which is ultimately used in production. The Stamper is placed into our high-speed injection molder, which creates complete digitized data CD business cards.
CD business cards are silkscreen printed on the disc face.
Standard packaging is insertion into clear plastic sleeves. The sleeves come in sheets of 10 per sheet. Sleeve separation can be done at the plant upon request for $0.03 each. Other packaging options such as mini-jewel cases and cardboard mailers or wallets are available. Call for pricing.
Standard disc replication time is two-weeks plus shipping.
