Business card CDs
Business card CDs (BCDs) are about the same size as paper business cards, but have the distinct advantage of being playable in a computer CD drive. more info
Duplication
Duplication means the discs are duplicated CD-R business cards with printed labels. The data is burned onto the disc using duplication towers. We use non-fade archival inks on high-quality thin photo-quality labels for disc label printing. Our labels don't fade, smudge, or come off. Discs are inserted into clear plastic sleeves.
Standard disc duplication turn-around time is one-week plus shipping.
Replication
Replication is the process of transferring Pre-Mastered data format to a glass master. The glass master is then made into a Stamper, which is ultimately used in production. The Stamper is placed into our high-speed injection molder, which creates complete digitized data CD business cards.
CD business cards are silkscreen printed on the disc face.
Standard packaging is insertion into clear plastic sleeves. The sleeves come in sheetes of 10 per sheet. Sleeve separation can be done at the plant upon request for $0.03 each. Other packaging options such as mini-jewel cases and cardboard mailers or wallets are available. Call for pricing.
Standard disc replication time is two-weeks plus shipping.
Graphic Design
We offer professional graphic design services for CD/DVD artwork design and layout at $50 per hour. If you want to use your own artwork, please use our templates to ensure proper layout. Make sure to include any fonts used in the artwork, along with the template files, when submitting your artwork for duplication/replication.

CD business cards will play in any computer CD drive with a tray. Place them in the mini-disc indent in the center of the tray and close. Our presentations will start automatically.
Warning: Do not use business card CDs or mini-discs in Macintosh slot-drive CD players. They do not have an ejectable tray and only work with full-size CDs.
