At DiscWrite CD Promotions, we know you have better things to do than worry about the quality of disc duplication and whether the product will arrive on time. We are a full-service disc duplication company, and while our prices are some of the lowest you will find, we do not skimp on quality or service.
We double-check all submitted artwork and master discs to make sure that they meet specifications so there won't be any problems with your order. We also offer artwork services for label and insert design, as well as complete data, audio, and video mastering services.
We do short run duplication of 25 discs up to large bulk runs of hundreds of thousands of discs per order depending on the customer's needs. We have quick turn-around times and rush orders are available with overnight shipping.
We have a quality guarantee and stand behind our products. Our disc duplication and replication services are the best in the industry, but if there is ever a problem with your order, we will correct it immediately, re-run the order, and ship it to you within a week.
The bottom line is that we take care of our customers, and communicate with you each step of the way, so you don't have to worry about your project.
Turn-around time for most duplication orders is one week. Replication turn-around time is generally 7 to 10 business days plus shipping.

Duplication
Duplication means the discs are duplicated CD-R/DVD-Rs with printed labels. We use non-fade archival inks on high-quality thin photo-quality labels. Our labels don't fade, smudge, or come off. Many packaging options are available for duplicated discs including jewel cases with inserts, clam-shell cases, or paper/plastic sleeves.
Standard disc duplication turn-around time is one-week plus shipping.
Replication
Replication is the process of transferring Pre-Mastered data format to a glass master. The glass master is then made into a Stamper, which is ultimately used in production. The Stamper is placed into our high-speed injection molder, which creates complete digitized data CDs or DVDs.
CDs and DVDs and be either silkscreen printed or offset press printed directly on disc. All paper artwork is offset press printed.
Offset printing is the process of using an intermediate blank cylinder to transfer an image from the image carrier to the CD permitting more dramatic images on your CD and packaging materials. Utilizing a 175-line screen, Offset printing provides unsurpassed quality for four-color processing and is the preferred process for detailed CD label art. At a printing rate of 3,000 CDs per hour, Offset printing provides first-rate quality and speed.
Complete packaging options are available for replicated discs including jewel cases with inserts, clam-shell cases, or paper/plastic sleeves. Amaray style cases with slipsheets are available for both CDs and DVDs.
Standard disc replication time is two-weeks plus shipping.
Graphic Design
We offer professional graphic design services for CD/DVD artwork design and layout at $50 per hour. If you want to use your own artwork, please use our templates to ensure proper layout. Make sure to include all images and outline any fonts used in the artwork, when submitting your artwork template file for duplication or replication.
