Standard ink-jet printing will fade over time with exposure to oxygen, but our labels won't fade. More info - Once we recieve your order, we will send you an e-mail with your order number and instructions for sending us your data master and artwork. Disc Label ArtworkIf you would like us to create your label artwork for you, use the BCD Label Artwork drop-down box above to select this option. Our graphic design charges are only $70 per label design. Just send us the information that you want on the label along with any images you want us to use, and we will create a professional label design for you. Or create your own artwork using one of our design templates. Download Photoshop or Illustrator template for business card CD label artwork. Turn-Around TimeOne-week plus shipping. We can provide a hard copy proof for the label artwork before duplication/replication begins, however this will add three days to the turn time. |

Returns-
If you have purchased a service only and cancel the order before work has begun, we will refund your money minus a service charge of $35. BCD, CD, and DVD replication orders cannot be returned once they have been filled unless defective (see below).
Defective products-
If you receive damaged product or if there is a problem with the order, please contact our office within 30 days of shipping date for information on returning product for replacement, Contact Us. After 30 days from shipping date, no returns are accepted.
