We use high-quality DVD-Rs with matte or glossy labels and non-fade inks. Standard ink-jet printing will fade over time with exposure to oxygen, but our labels won't fade. More info - Once we recieve your order, we will send you an e-mail with your order number and instructions for sending us your artwork and data/audio master. If you would like us to create your project artwork for you, just send us the text information and any images you want us to use in the project. We will create a professional design for your project. Our graphic design charges are only $50 per hour. Download free artwork templates. Turn-Around TimeOne-week plus shipping. We can provide a hard copy proof for the label artwork before duplication/replication begins, however this will add three days to the turn time. |

Returns-
If you have purchased a service only and cancel the order before work has begun, we will refund your money minus a service charge of $35. BCD, CD, and DVD replication orders cannot be returned once they have been filled unless defective (see below).
Defective products-
If you receive damaged product or if there is a problem with the order, please contact our office within 30 days of shipping date for information on returning product for replacement, Contact Us. After 30 days from shipping date, no returns are accepted.
