Returns-
If you have purchased a service only and cancel the order before work has begun, we will refund your money minus a service charge of $35. BCD, CD, and DVD replication orders cannot be returned once they have been filled unless defective (see below).
Defective products-
If you receive damaged product or if there is a problem with the order, please contact our office within 30 days of shipping date for
information on returning product for replacement, Contact Us. After 30 days from shipping date, no returns are accepted.
